Hoe Don Jung

Mr. Hoe Don Jung is a partner of SEJONG LLP, Certified Public Accountants. He joined Sejong LLP with more than 14 years of experience at KPMG LLP.

Mr. Jung has extensive experience with a wide range of complex tax matters related to domestic corporations as well as US based foreign corporations. He has advised on various corporate structuring matters to achieve the most efficient tax structure. He also represented numerous clients and successfully defended audits against tax authorities including Internal Revenue Service and various states. He also had experiences in financial statement audits for U.S. based corporations for several years.

He graduated from Seoul National University with B.B.A. and received M.B.A. from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is licensed in New York and New Jersey and a member of AICPA and NJ Society of CPA.
